While it can certainly be challenging to eat healthfully during the holidays, I like to make my splurges work for me by ensuring that they are made with clean nutritious ingredients, and I’ll often make lighter versions of traditionally high-calorie recipes using ingredients like avocado, almond flour, and coconut sugar in place of cream, white flour, and regular cane sugar.
