The Napa restaurants have a variety of great dishes, but the best deal is their Perfect Pair lunch. With this lunch combo, you can choose one main and one side from a set menu, which will cost less than $20 AND be served in 30 minutes. With options such as quiche, flatbreads, sandwiches, salads and fries on the menu, this is a delicious deal. Available exclusively Monday through Friday at lunch.
Salted Melon Market & Eatery
815 Providence Rd & 100 W. Worthington Ave, Suite 107
Grab lunch at Salted Melon’s new Eastover location, or stop in to the original South End spot — either way, you’ll leave full and happy. The market at both locations provides convenient grab and go options. We love the turkey and prosciutto panini, sprouted salmon wrap and fall harvest salad, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Lebowski’s offers a casual atmosphere for a delicious lunch. The all-day menu has salads, burgers, sandwiches, sliders, wraps, wings and tenders so there’s sure to be something for your entire lunch crew on the menu. Plus there’s a special each day, so depending on when you visit you can get deals on wings, beer, wine, burgers and more.
Toastique

For a fresh, healthy lunch that will leave you feeling ready to conquer the rest of your day, head to Toastique in South End. The menu features gourmet toasts, smoothie bowls, cold pressed juices, smoothies, wellness shots and coffees/iced collagen lattes if it’s one of those days where you need a mid-afternoon pick me up.
Brooklyn Pickle

This newly opened New York sandwich shop is a quick and delicious lunch. The store, which is located inside an Atrium Health building, includes sandwiches piled high with meats and cheeses, wraps, salads, chips and of course, pickles. In our opinion, you truly can never go wrong with a sandwich for lunch.
Sixty Vines

The beautiful interior of Sixty Vines is the perfect place to have a leisurely lunch. The modern wine bar has boards, small plates such as bacon-wrapped dates and burrata, salads, pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches. Pair your meal with a glass or flight of wine from the extensive wine list.
Uptown

If you’re looking for somewhere close to the office for an impressive business lunch, look no further than Coquette. This French inspired restaurant in Uptown serves a delicious lunch, with options such as the steak sandwich and salade du jardin. Or, if you’re looking for a mid day pick me up, head to the bar for oysters and champagne.

We love the little gem salad and chicken salad sandwich from this spot, but you can’t go wrong with any of the featured soups, salads, or sandwiches. Plus, Rosemont is great for a family lunch outing, as they have a kids menu, too.

YAFO Kitchen has locations throughout Charlotte, including in Plaza Midwood, making it an easy and convenient lunch destination. Giddy Goat Coffee Roasters

While a coffee shop might not be top of mind for lunch, if you’re in the Plaza Midwood area don’t miss Giddy Goat. Along with the delicious teas, lattes, and espresso drinks served, the menu also features a variety of empanadas. From spinach to chicken and everything in between, we love having a working lunch filled with the tasty empanadas at Giddy Goat.
Cotswold & Oakhurst

This chef-driven, food-focused, female-owned restaurant in Oakhurst is a great spot for any time of day. The menu rotates based on season, but you can expect the lunch menu to feature dishes such as truffle fries, salads, sandwiches and bowls. Sit outside on the patio or in the dining room for a delicious lunch.
Leroy Fox

Leroy Fox’s Cotswold (or South End!) location is the perfect place to stop by for lunch. Expect a selection of chicken sandwiches, burgers, wraps and salads on the menu. If you’re really hungry, fried chicken meals and entree portions of salmon, meatloaf, chicken stew and other options are available.

Calle Sol’s Plaza Midwood location has a popular cafeteria menu, but did you know the recently opened SouthPark location also has a sweet lunch menu? Available only during lunch time on weekdays, the SouthPark location has specials for just $9. The mouthwatering menu includes a Miami Cubano sandwich, a Peruvian chopped salad, fried rice and more.
Limani

Limani is a stunning restaurant located in the heart of SouthPark serving up delicious Greek fare. For lunch, choose among a wide variety of salads and light fare, like spanakopita, salmon kabobs, chicken souvlaki, and tomato salad. Or, opt for the $32 prix-fixe lunch menu that includes an appetizer, main course and dessert.
South Charlotte
Alley 51

For a unique lunch option, try the new Alley 51 in Pineville. This food court style hall offers street foods from China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines, so your choices are plentiful. Stop into Flower Child at The Bowl, Ballantyne’s newest hot spot. The scratch made menu includes salads, bowls, protein entrees that come with two sides, wraps and more. There’s even a kid’s menu if you have the little ones with you for lunch, and a few desserts to finish your meal with something sweet.

If you have a bit more time for lunch and still want to visit The Bowl in Ballantyne, check out Postino Wine Cafe. Grab a glass of wine from the extensive wine list, build a bruschetta board, order a charcuterie board, and enjoy the beautiful restaurant space. If you’re looking for something a bit less heavy the menu of snacks is perfect for mid day bites and small plates.
