Why buy consigned clothing?

Let us count the ways:
It’s good for your finances.  If you covet and crave higher-end brands and designer-wear but can’t afford the retail (join  the club) you can get unbelievable prices on the labels you love at our Charlotte consignment shops.  At least 40-50% below retail everyday, often a lot more.

It’s good for the economy.  You save big, and the ladies who CAN afford this stuff at full price earn a bit o’ green to get out there and replenish their closets.  The boutiques sell them more new clothes, you buy their gently used.  Everyone wins. It’s the shopping circle of life.

It’s good for the enviroment.  Seriously.  Recycling works, even when it’s designer duds.  Plus, when you shop locally (vs say buying on e-bay) you save a tiny bit of emissions from the atmosphere.  No shipping.  If you would consider riding your BIKE to shop these stores, well, you’d really be helping out.

It’s fun – it’s the thrill of the hunt.  You never know what you’ll find and at what kind of a bargain.  Prada bag?  Chanel jacket? Manolo’s?
