Here’s the first in a new series of videos we’re doing with our client CAROLINA BARRE & CORE ~ as Amity & Karen demonstrate common errors people make “at the barre”. We’re offering brief HOW TO clips of specific barre positions that seem to give the most people trouble as they try to get the exercise right.
The keys to an effective pilates and barre workout are proper form and alignment. Do a series or position incorrectly, and not only will you not “feel anything” you won’t GET anything out of it.  And if you are too strenuous in the wrong alignment, you can hurt yourself.  If you are in correct form, trust us, you will feel it, and it will make a difference.
