Back to school. This isn’t the most dreadful time of the year for students only.  It can be pretty stressful for parents as well between chauffeuring kids to and from sports practices, shopping for school supplies and clothes, and making sure that everyone is up to date with their physical exams.
Please allow me to make your life just a tiny bit easier by providing some healthy and easy back to school lunch ideas. Â And of course, you don’t have to be a kid to enjoy these lunch ideas. Â These are convenient & tasty options for college students, working women, or moms on the go.

Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Sandwich
Turkey and Swiss with Grapes Sandwich
Apple Sandwiches with Granola and Peanut Butter
Strawberry and Cream Cheese Sandwich
Healthy “Elvis” Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon raw honey
Directions:
Toast the bread and then spread almond butter on both slices. Layer the banana slices over the almond butter and drizzle with honey before putting the slices together.
