When you’re not used to drinking vegetables and greens, the taste and even appearance can be pretty intimidating.
That’s why I am starting the month out with some fruity smoothies (much like the ones you can buy at the mall food court but with a healthy twist) and even smoothies that taste like decadent, diet-wrecking, calorie-laden milkshakes.
You’ll gradually ease into smoothies that contain a little more veggies and a little less sweetness, and before you know it, you’ll be chugging back those greens like a pro.
