The Town of Davidson will host its Annual Business Expo at Davidson College Baker Sports Complex/Belk Arena Thursday, June 4. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is open to the public with free admission. There will be approximately 200 exhibitors. Food is typically available from 4-5 different vendors and a food ticket is usually between $5-$7 including a drink and dessert.

 

The Lake Norman Wine Cottage will be asking “Who Done It?” Thursday, June 4 at its monthly Murder Mystery Dinner. Call (704) 237-3629 to reserve your spot. I’ll be Benson. You be Stabler. Let’s solve this thing!

Grab a snack and cozy blanket for Movies in the Park Friday, June 5. Fun and games start around 6 p.m. and the feature film, Big Hero 6, will hit the screen when it gets dark.

The Town of Huntersville will host family fun and games all day Saturday, June 6. The festivities start at 9:30 a.m. with a parade at 11 a.m. There will also be music and softball. Everything takes place at David B. Waymer Center, 14200 Holbrook Road and literally is day full of fun. Things shut down around 9 p.m.

 

 

The Artisan Market is opens its summer season Saturday, June 6 from 5-9 p.m. in the Downtown Mooresville Square. The musician for Saturday’s fun is Drew Skinner. Get your lobster-eating bib ready because the Mooresville Soup Kitchen will host a LobsterFest fundraiser Saturday, June 6. The event is held at Langtree Lake Norman, 150 Landings Drive from 6-8 p.m. Tickets start at $60. You’ll get lots of yummy food, live music, and the satisfaction to know you’re helping others in need.
