Even if I’m just lounging on the beach or by the pool, my appetite always seems to kick into high gear. Â When I actually get into the water for a swim or do something that requires a bit more effort than turning the pages of a magazine, I get downright ravenous.
Obviously, I don’t want to look as though I just ate a huge meal while I am sporting a bikini, so I choose my beach and poolside lunches and snacks very wisely.
I’ll typically stick to things like coconut water, frozen grapes, sliced watermelon, and the kind of snacks & foods I’ve listed below. Â They’re filling, but they won’t make you look or feel bloated and heavy. And friends & family will enjoy a healthy break from the usual snack bar fare.
Now pack up that cooler and soak up some sun!
