Birds of a feather need to flock together to the Carolina Raptor Center Thursday, June 25 from 10-11 a.m. for a special story time and craft project session that new birds each month. The program is geared toward preschoolers and happens every Thursday this summer. The cost is $2 each preschooler. Caregivers and other children get $2 off regular admission to the Raptor Trail.

Join the Mooresville Community Children’s Theatre for an Arabian Night Tea Party Sunday, June 28 from 1-4 p.m. at The Charles Mack Citizen Center. Tea and light refreshments will be served. Starter Studios in Huntersville will host White Night: A Parent’s Night Art Fest for children ages 4-10 this Friday, June 26. Children will enjoy art, pizza, and juice or water while guardians can enjoy a night out on the town (or a relaxing night in!). Starter Studio is an open studio concept where children can become decision makers and select the art materials of their choice and either make selected projects or create their own. The Mooresville Library will host Murder in Movieland Saturday, June 27 from 5-8 p.m. From what I’ve heard: The after party for a film screening is in full swing, but the most talked-about actress on the guest list is missing… It’s up to you to solve this interactive murder mystery!
