I am devoted to LaCroix. I buy the big mixed case at Costco, along with my super-size tubs of Palmetto Pimento Cheese and 20 0z. bags of Sea Salt Somersaults, and then at least another $250 worth of whatever catches my eye. Which is why I can only go to Costco once a month, ’cause membership in that warehouse club costs me some serious cash money.
I drink LaCroix and vodka as the weekend cocktail of choice. Once you get to a certain age, wine hits you like a ton of bricks at 3 am. LaCroix and vodka not so much. Try it, you’ll see.

I am anti-simple syrup, juice & mixers like St. Germaine, which are just sugar with better names. But you, you can afford to have some fun and add some fruity stuff. I’ve pulled these recipes from the web for you to try….LaCroix has their own cocktails pinterest page, of course, but Gizmodo had the best ideas.
PinaCroixlada
People love the LaCroix coconut. I feel like I am drinking Hawaiian Tropic. Let me know what you think.
Light rum
Coconut LaCroix
Pineapple juice
Combine equal parts of all three ingredients, serve with a pineapple wedge.
GreyHound
This is delish with or without the juice. The pamplemousse is my fave.
Gin
Pamplemousse LaCroix
Grapefruit juice
Salt the rim of the glass and squeeze half a grapefruit into it. Add gin and LaCroix. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
LaCroix Mojito
Sort of. It does miss the simple syrup though.
10 mint leaves
½ lime (squeeze for juice)
2 oz. white rum
Lime LaCroix
Muddle mint leaves with lime juice in the bottom of a glass.
Add ice, the white rum and the Lime LaCroix.
Fizzy Sangria
Vinho verde or other very light white wine
Brandy
LaCroix Mango
Slices of tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, melon
A few shakes of cinnamon
Combine equal parts wine and brandy, add fruits and cinnamon, let flavors combine for a few hours. Add LaCroix. Ladle out into glasses, including the fruit.
Bourbon Slush
I don’t know who thought up this one, but hats off to gizmodo.com for sharing.
Bourbon
Tea
Lemonade
LaCroix Peach-Pear
Combine equal parts bourbon, tea, and lemonade, freeze as much as you can. Scoop into glass, pour LaCroix over the slush until it’s a drinkable consistency. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
