Queen City Food Fight: PCG vs. ACF

Food fights, it’s not just for the lunchroom anymore. The Queen City Food Fight pits five chefs representing Piedmont Culinary Guild toe-to-toe against five chefs from the North Carolina chapter of the American Culinary Federation. Each team will craft three courses and six rounds of side dishes. Attendees sample them all and crown The People’s Champion, while a panel of local celebrities will make the Judge’s Decision. In addition to the food prepared, craft cocktails will also be served. Ticket cost is $85.00 and includes all dishes and three alcohol beverage tickets.
