The Quartet, joined by Grammy winning North Carolina School of the Arts grad Ashlin Parker on trumpet, will cover Miles Davis favorites including Four, When Lights Are Low, Half-Nelson and Tune-Up.

The Cornwell Center is hosting a Family Festival on Saturday, September 12 with all the fixings: a petting zoo, balloon artist, dunk tank, inflatables and more. There will even be a bootcamp challenge and yoga on the lawn. Proceeds go towards raising money for a cure for childhood Leukemia, in honor of two very brave kids, Libby and Drew.
