Baby Joggers UNITE! Finally, there’s a race just for you!
The Hopebuilder’s Stroller Roller 5K, sponsored by PARENT FINANCIAL, is the newest feature of the 20th Annual Hopebuilders 5K Run/Walk. The Stroller Roller is the first 5K in Charlotte specifically designed for strollers, baby joggers, and even little red wagons. The STROLLER ROLLER starts 5 minutes after the “regular” 5K Run/Walk kicks off at 8 am on Saturday, 10/10.
It’s the perfect way to race as a family while you build hope for the sick and injured children in our community. And show off your mad skills with the stroller, ’cause we know you have them.

Stroller Roller QUESTIONS:
Even if I plan to push my little one in a stroller, should I register for the Stroller Roller?
Yes!  You should register for the Stroller Roller. Children riding in strollers receive complimentary registration, so they do not need to be registered.
What if my family members/friends want to participate with me?
Family and friends who would like to run/walk alongside you should also sign up for the Stroller Roller (even if they are not pushing a stroller).
Will the course and start time be the same for Stroller Roller participants?
The 5K course will be the same. Stroller Roller participants will start 5 minutes after the Hopebuilders 5K runners/walkers which is 8 am.
Do Stroller Roller participants receive anything different during packet pick-up?
Yes! You all will receive an official Stroller Roller t-shirt and race bib. Also, you will have access to “Strollerville” featuring special vendor booths/giveaways.
