Scoop Picks: LKN’s Best Sushi Rolls

We may be far from the ocean, but we have some great sushi restaurants in Lake Norman. It’s great having so many choices but sometimes it’s hard to pick which one to go to – not a bad problem to have. Here’s a list of our some of our favorite rolls at our favorite places:

Mark’s Roll, at Eez – the combination of tuna, cream cheese and jalapeno would be delicious on it’s own, but Eeze kicks it up a notch with sriracha and ponzu sauce.

Chef Tim’s Smackdown Roll, Sushi at the Lake – Spicy softshell crab, yellowtail and smoked salmon. Spicy and amazing!

Man Overboard Roll at Sabi in Davidson – we love surf n’turf and when it’s combined in a sushi roll, it’s even better. Tuna and avocado, topped with steak.

Chunky Buddha roll,  Pisces Sushi in Mooresville – yellowtail and albacore topped with seared Hamachi and sriracha.
