I’m so happy to announce my second annual holiday mini sessions for families, couples, children and of course pets! The mini sessions will take place throughout October and early November.
Where is the location? The Baxter Village Peach Orchard. You can park at the Starbucks and walk to the peach orchard right across the street. Here’s the address: 926 Market St, Fort Mill, SC 29708.
What times and days are the mini sessions? Time sessions vary from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm (depending on lighting). I’m flexible to shoot on weekdays or weekends. We can figure out the perfect time for you and your schedule.
  
Will you have props? Yes! I have tons of props from presents, snow, confetti, garland, nutcrackers, blankets, banners…  you name it. If you have something specific in mind please feel free to email me: arianaclare@gmail.com
Will you do family portraits and individual portraits? I will try my best to do both in one session. If you want more time you can always book two sessions.
How much does one session cost and what does it include? One session fee is $250. It includes 30 minutes of photographing and 10 professionally edited digital images that you can do what you please with– like print Christmas cards!
Where should I print my Christmas cards? There are tons of great places I recommend online such as Tiny Prints, Minted, and Artifact Uprising. My advice is the simpler the card the better.
    
Where should I order fine art prints from? Me! I have a professional lab where you can order fine art prints, canvas wraps, albums, etc. Please email for the price list: arianaclare@gmail.com.
How do I sign up? Email arianaclare@gmail.com your name, phone number, number of family members, and date and time preference. I will email or call you to confirm the details of your appointment.
When do we pay? You will pay the session fee of $250 the day of your photo session. Cash or check only. Please make cheeks payable to Ariana Clare.
What should we wear? I suggest going as dressy as you like. I love the ‘holiday glam’ look as showed in several of the photos on my blog. Great colors for holiday are red, green, black, white, and other rich colors such as maroon, dark green, and navy. Chunky knit sweaters in off white, fur jackets, red velvet, suit jackets, scarves, hats, boots… are all great options. Also make sure to layer! Things I suggest not to wear are khaki pants with a white polo shirt, too much white, graphic or typography tee’s, light wash jeans, etc. Feel free to email me about wardrobe options: arianaclare@gmail.com.
      
How and when do we receive the images? You will receive the images 1 week to 10 days after your session I will email you a link to a Dropbox folder with all of your high resolution professionally edited digital images. You need to download them to your desktop and make sure to save them to an external hard drive and/or cd for backup.
