I’ll never forget the first time that I cooked with beer.
My husband stood by and observed in horror and disbelief as I “wasted” a can of his favorite beverage.   But after he tasted the final product, I was given the green light to pour his beer into any of his meals going forward. In fact, I’m honestly surprised that he hasn’t tried to replace the milk in his cereal with beer yet.
