Our Favorite Christmas Breakfast Ideas

Weekend breakfasts were always a pretty big deal in my family growing up, and breakfast on Christmas morning?  Well, that was on a whole other level.

My parents would refill their coffee mugs for the third or fourth times.  My sister and I would sip on hot chocolate with marshmallows, and the whole family would enjoy foods like cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon, and hash browns.

Even though that was quite a long time ago (think when The New Kids on the Block were still young enough to call themselves kids), I still look forward to Christmas morning breakfast even today (in the age of Justin Bieber).  There is just something so warm and comforting about gathering around the table as a family after all of the presents have been opened, and of course the food is pretty wonderful too.

If you’re looking for some Christmas morning breakfast ideas- including some that are extremely kid-friendly- then look no further.  Just stay in those cozy snowman pajamas and enjoy!
