While you wait for your appointment (which won’t be more than a few minutes at most), relax in the cozy yet modern lobby in front of a huge flat screen television playing whatever’s trending at the moment (right now it’s “Making a Murderer,” but Dr. Jenny promises not to give any spoilers while she’s checking your teeth).
Back in the exam rooms, you won’t find any vaguely gross-looking spit sinks or that huge annoying yellow light dangling above your chair. You will, however, find a pair of Beats by Dre headphones and TWO flat screen televisions — one on the ceiling and one on the wall in front of you — so you can relax and watch the Real Housewives from multiple angles while you’re getting your biannual tooth tune-up.
“This is a place where you can un-plug, let go and chill,” Dr. Jenny said. “The Pearl. experience is truly different. People love that our staff is relaxed and real, and we get to know all our patients on an individual basis.”
The dental technology at Pearl. is impressive too. Accessories like a portable X-ray head make the experience feel like you’re at the dentist office of the future (because you are). Even though Dr. Jenny and her staff will help you look and feel great about your smile, it’s not just a place for cosmetic dentistry. Pearl.’s services include everything from cleanings to fillings, crowns and bridges, sedation dentistry and more.
“People nowadays really take care of themselves — from eating clean and organic, to exercising regularly,” Dr. Jenny says. “The sad truth is that these same people often neglect their oral hygiene. It is usually due to two reasons: a fear of going to the dentist, and/or lack of awareness regarding how your mouth and teeth are connected to the rest of your body. Taking care of your mouth is part of your whole-body health and wellness.”
Additionally, Dr. Jenny is a premier provider (it’s like being a black belt) of Invisalign, meaning she has lots of experience straightening smiles.
