If you are one of the many people who find visiting an art gallery intimidating, well, first off, you should get over that. Charlotte’s art galleries are welcoming, not stuffy and worth a visit. You can learn so much from the owners and staff ~ who clearly love what they do and have so much to share. I wish I went to a different one every week. In fact, I’m putting that on my list.
However, if you still don’t like the gallery experience, and want to shop for art “under cover” of furniture shopping, most of our local interiors and home furnishings stores have wonderful, often very affordable art for sale. For example, here’s a round up of the art we found in stores last week:
