It’s Prom Time. Do You Know Where to Rent a Tux in Charlotte?

It’s Prom Time in the QC.
The season starts in early April and goes on, seemingly forever, one school after the next. They always look so cute descending in a horde on the prom-popular restaurants.

The girls have been shopping for weeks. The boys? Let’s just say if you have a son, you know, What Will I Wear is not always the big question on his list when approaching homecoming, Sadies or prom.

ONWARD RESERVE in Park Road Shopping Center has a great tux rental program for young men of all ages. For $69.95 + tax and a $7 damage waiver, your son (or any guy for that matter) can be fully tux-ed out…this price includes pants, basic shirt, nickel plated studs, basic tie and cummerbund. This price is for OR’s basic tux but there are many, many options to upgrade for additional charges.

Upgrades include slim fit pants ($7), microfiber shirt ($8), upgraded ties/cummerbunds etc.
Shoe rentals are also available and recommended.

Definitely not just for high school boys, but a great resource if you want to send him over to take care of the whole thing on his own. Onward Reserve is set up to fully outfit him in style.

It’s best to order at least two weeks in advance. And while it’s a good idea to make an appointment, it’s not required.

  1. Head into Onward Reserve at Park Rd Shopping Center and get fitted.
  2. All info is taken and tux rental is paid for.
  3. When tux arrives, come back in and try on, then take with.
  4. Return tux with 5 days of pick up.(to avoid late fee)

Added incentive ~ Tux rental customers receive a free Onward Reserve tee.
Plus the store has a great referral program as well. If someone sends his/her friends in and they mention who sent them, then that person gets a $10 store credit, with no limit. Send 10 friends, get $100 store credit!
