They own three of the most important and hard to find single Cru vineyards for Nebbiolo in the area that garner huge scores consistently. Reid’s Fine Foods Coho Wine Dinner
Wednesday evening Sept 14, join Coho Wines owner Gary Lipp for a three course dinner at Reid’s Fine Foods SouthPark. The cost is $65 per person. Guests will enjoy three dinner courses paired with four Coho wines in the wine room at Reid’s SouthPark. Call Reid’s SouthPark and ask for the wine department to make your reservations. In other food news this week, Reid’s Fine Foods is now offering Sunday restaurant service at its Myers Park (Selwyn Avenue) location. The all-day menu, featuring a mix of brunch, lunch and dinner items, will be available from 11am – 7pm in the wine bar. Mimosas wine and beer will also be available.

Corkbuzz BYO Wine Dinner 5
It is time again for Corkbuzz Charlotte‘s popular monthly BYO wine dinner,  at 7:00 pm on Wednesday Sept 14th. It’s a simple plan: bring your favorite bottle (or 2) and know that everyone else will be doing the same, all with an eye to sharing and good cheer. Corkbuzz will be opening some big bottles of their favorite collectible wines to get the evening started. It’s always fun to see what people bring in and share. (just for reference, typically the wines people bring are around the $60 price range).
