Hot Scoop this week ~ here’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet celebrity chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck!
Wolfgang Puck is hosting a fundraising event and cocktail reception at his Charlotte restaurant, WP Kitchen + Bar in Phillips Place on  Tuesday, October 11.
A portion of ticket sales will go to Second Harvest Food Bank, along with proceeds from a silent auction held at the event. Items for the auction include autographed Wolfgang Puck cookbooks, Wolfgang Puck cookware, and signed Carolina Panthers memorabilia.
Tickets for the event are $80 and can be purchased through Eventbrite HERE. Your $80 ticket will cover drinks and light apps at the event plus a donation in support of Second Harvest Food Bank.

Ballantyne Hotel & Resort Beer Garden
On Sunday, October 9, from noon until 6 p.m., enjoy an Oktoberfest-themed, pop-up Ballantyne Beer Garden on the South Lawn featuring live music, local beer, German food and a drawing for prizes. This event is open to the public and has no admission fee. Menu items will be available à la carte.
Featured breweries include Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, The Dreamchaser’s Brewery and Sugar Creek Brewing Co.
Bands will be 77th Street Rock & Soul Revue and Minutes and Years.
Reid’s SouthPark Biergarten
Reid’s SouthPark is hosting a biergarten on Saturday, October 22.  Details to follow. Prost!
