Share Charlotte Makes Giving Back Easy with #GivingTuesdayCLT

We know about Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday; but have you heard about Giving Tuesday? After you shop the doorbusters and score some killer deals online, you can join the global day of giving back to charities with time and money on Giving Tuesday.

SHARE CHARLOTTE is our local champion of Giving Tuesday Charlotte and has come up with a campaign to make it super easy to participate in #GIVINGTUESDAYCLT. Last year’s campaign raised $4.2 million dollars for local Charlotte nonprofits; this year the goal has been set for $8 million so get ready to open your wallets.

The two-week campaign runs November 15th through the 29th, and is designed to inspire Charlotteans to give money, volunteer their time or donate much-needed items to benefit the 173 local nonprofits participating in the campaign.

Participating Scoop Charlotte boutiques and fitness studios have pledged to give back by donating a percentage of their sales on November 29th.
