If you’re in Cornelius, plan to spend Friday celebrating our local and national hero. Beginning at 9 am, families can make thank you cards for the troops and try their hand at patriotic arts and crafts at Cornelius Art Center. Later on, join the Town of Cornelius and American Legion Post 86 for the annual Veterans Day Celebration, starting at 11:00 am, followed by a ceremony and 22 Push-Up Challenge.
