The Ballantyne Hotel and Lodge is offering multiple options for feasting on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Gallery Restaurant will be serving a prix fixe menu on Christmas Eve in addition to a special a la carte menu. If you find yourself doing some last minute shopping before the big day or even on Christmas Eve itself, Firebirds is a sure bet for lunch. Stop in for their Chipotle Glazed Chicken Salad, one of the Chef’s top holiday picks.
