Come away with me in the night.
Music with Friends is bringing Grammy Award winner Norah Jones to the McGlohon Theater on Monday, March 13th. We cannot wait for this concert; the acoustics and intimacy of the McGlohon is sure to be the perfect venue to enjoy her performance. Our Music With Friends membership has been amazing ~ we rocked with Steely Dan and America last year, loving every minute. If you are curious about how an MWF membership works, read our past post here.
If you’ve been noodling the idea of joining but haven’t quite been able to commit, we have two options for you to find out more about whether a Music With Friends membership is for you. MWF does have a premium price appropriate to its level of quality and personal engagement, and it’s designed for the folks who are willing to pay more for what amounts to a private concert with friends. Some of us invest in cars, some in luxe timepieces, handbags or clothes, and some in experiences like travel and the arts. If music is your thing (or his thing), particularly legendary performances, then you really should give MWF a thorough look-see.
Here’s How:
You can buy a single ticket(s) to see Norah Jones in concert on Monday, March 13.
The one-time price for non-members to attend an MWF performance is more per concert than regular members ~ $650 per seat. For this ticket price you will enjoy the show with fewer than 750 other fans in a small venue setting, and enjoy both a pre cocktail party with open bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres (like mountains of shrimp cocktail) plus an after-party at Sea Level ( 129 E. 5th Street at Hearst Tower courtyard) with more food, drinks and entertainment. You will be able to really make a night of it, as the MWF events are wall-to-wall first class fun. Interested? email Becky Mitchener today with questions or for more info.
You can join other members and prospective members at Baku for a “meet-up” to get to know first-hand more about who’s in and what it’s like.
If you think might be interested in joining Music With Friends, don’t miss their prospective members’ happy hour on Wednesday, February 8th at Baku.
The whole point of MWF is that there is nothing more rewarding than experiencing musical magic with people you enjoy spending time with, and this party is a great way for prospective members to meet each other, other members, and have a good time at one of scoop’s favorite spots for cocktails and apps.
