Poptopia returns with Valentine’s Pop-Up Markets to make your (and his) shopping easy this year.  Now through February 14th, Poptopia, Charlotte’s Uptown pop-up shopping experience, is back with special Valentine’s offerings at two convenient locations in the heart of town.
