Tuck your little one in a stroller and join one of the educators for an easy and educational walk along a paved nature trail.

Finding Neverland

Playwright J.M. Barrie struggles to find inspiration until he meets four young brothers and their beautiful widowed mother. Spellbound by the boys’ make-believe adventures, he sets out to write a play… and we all know how well that turned out. Tickets start at $25.

Tween Time: Mad Halloween Science, 4:00 p.m.

Tweens (best for grades 4-7) can conduct some spooky Halloween science experiments. Register online.

Thursday, Oct. 5
First Thursday Downtown Matthews Crawl, 5:00 p.m.

This free event features drink and food specials, a pop-up vendor market, music, and fun for the whole family.

Friday, Oct. 6
Joe Gibbs Racing Fan Fest, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

17th Annual All American Dog Show, 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Come watch the fun or enter your dog in one of the contests including ‘most unique tail’, ‘cutest senior’ and ‘best trick’.

Carolina Renaissance Festival KIDS FREE DAY (through November 19)
