First Wind Cycling & Fitness’s New Year’s Challenge is About Nutrition, Health & Fitness AND It’s All Under $200

In a compact studio in the Design Center on Camden Road, First Wind offers all sorts of fitness classes ~ state-of-the-art cycling, barre, strength & cardio circuit, Beat Yoga and Ride to the Circuit and Ride to the Barre fusion classes. First Wind is partnering with Certified Nutritional Health Coach, Samantha Eaton to bring you a 6 week program, where the Challenge Winner receives $50 First Wind credit and a Healthy Shopping Grocery Trip.

The Details…

  • The Program will kick off with a Nutrition Workshop and Smoothie Demo.
  • Participants must attend 3 or more full classes, personal training, or small group training sessions each week for 6 weeks.
  • You’ll follow simple nutrition guidelines and use an easy point system that Samantha will track based on what you eat and your workouts
  • There will be a private Facebook group run by Samantha to motivate and keep you engaged with recipes, shopping lists, and more
  • FREE Kick-Off Workshop and Phone Consultation for all participants with Samantha
    And at the End…
  • Fun potluck social event for everyone who completes the challenge
  • Winner of the challenge by points will receive $50 First Wind credit, a free healthy shopping grocery trip for themselves and up to 4 friends, and bragging rights

Ride to the Fight: Time to kick ass. This combo class is full of cycle/kickboxing magic. Start with the bike, then put your gloves on and bring it in a power kickboxing session that will leave you feeling pumped, powerful, and sweaty.

Candlelight Stretch: You work hard each week pushing your body, growing and changing in each and every class. Take time to relax and stretch with Jessica as she leads you through a slow flow and deep stretch to balance out your fitness regimen and bring your body and mind in line.
