Birdie Yang, owner of Baku, Yama Izakaya and Yama Asian Fusion, opened Yama on December 26. The new concept offers sushi and Asian fusion dishes from Korean-style short ribs to fried Japanese-style popcorn chicken. Visit Monday-Sunday 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. for lunch, Monday-Thursday 5-10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 5-11 p.m. for dinner.

Pizza-lovers rejoice! DeSano Pizza Bakery’s newest location is now open in Waverly. Experience the centuries-old craft of authentic Neapolitan pizza with ingredients flown in weekly from Napoli and Campania. Visit Monday-Sunday from 11 a.m. until the dough runs out.
