FREE HIIT workout
Tone your whole body with this free brewery style workout. Work for your beer with in the HIIT-style class led by Justine of Justine Grosso Fitness. FREE workout classes
Northlake Mall is hosting free fitness classes all month to help you get the motivation you need to start your fitness journey this January. Get ready for some fun high-energy, low-impact mixed exercise classes.

Stax Charlotte’s boot camp sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30. Each session is free, so well over a hundred people join. These sessions are for all fitness levels, so don’t let the word “boot camp” intimidate you. You will run, jump, do body weight exercises, and sweat.
