If you haven’t been to Classic Attic yet, you have to add it to your weekend to-do list. Taking a walk through Classic Attic Consignment Store (in the back lot of Park Road Shopping Center) is a like walking through a treasure chest of very affordable home goods. Whether you are starting from scratch or just sprucing up current decor with fresh finds, there are many unique pieces from furniture to original art that are sure to add character to your space. The store is well organized by category so it is super friendly to shop. Be warned, if you don’t have a clear vision of what you are shopping for, you may fall prey to liking everything you pass.
Unlike many antique or consignment stores, Classic Attic only keeps items for three months at a time – ensuring the selection is always fresh for customers. However, the gems go quickly so be sure to act fast or you’ll risk missing out. I’m already kicking myself for the few item’s I wanted to “think on” and only upset I don’t have a place for the gorgeous velvet sofa. The women working at Classic Attic are knowledgable and savvy about each of their products and were so willing to help my find my “unicorns” form my home.
