Follow along life’s ups and downs from Truvy Jones’ Chinquapin beauty salon. Steel Magnolias at Duke Family Performance Hall runs through July 29. Adult tickets begin at $25, student tickets begin at $15 and senior tickets begin at $23.

Midsummer Night’s Champagne Pairing

LaLaCaboosa – Revelwood Mission
Veterans Park, Huntersville | 6:30 – 9 p.m.

Downtown Huntersville’s live music series continues with a performance from rock band Revelwood Mission. Food vendors Old Buddy’s Oinker, Taco Green Go & Mrs. G’s Ice Cream will be on site, as well as wine and beer vendors. Don’t forget your lawn chairs and picnic blankets.
