The Stanley
1961 E 7th St.

Chef Paul Verica’s latest venture lives up to the buzz it’s received since opening last May in Elizabeth. Brunch lovers will be able to taste the freshness of ingredients used to craft The Stanley’s doughnuts (vanilla, chocolate or of the day), chicken farm sandwich (chicken thigh, fried mozzarella, tomato sauce, pesto, chips) and the pork chop biscuit with gravy served with scrambled eggs and grits. Plan to go all out? Opt for the Chef’s omelet (foie gras, table side shaved truffle, home fries).

Vivace
