Mark your calendars for the end of Daylight Saving Time on Sunday, November 4 ~ actually at 2 am on Saturday but waking up Sunday is when it counts. This time of year we’re setting our clocks back an hour and losing more daylight in the evenings. We can’t say we’re looking forward to it, but it’s a great excuse to freshen up the lighting in our homes. New lamps and light fixtures are a simple change to re-vamp any room, and the Charlotte home stores have everything we’re coveting. Gorgeous ceramics, patterned glass and stand-out metals are catching our eye this season.
