CHOPT has 3 Charlotte area locations to serve your salad needs; Park Road Shopping Center, Blakeney and the Arboretum. Watching them chop your salad is motivation to hit the gym before you head home. Check out their website for the full info on calorie counts before you jump on line.

CAVA can help you stay on your Mediterranean diet, start with a grain bowl, salad or pita base and add in a protein, veggies, dips and spreads. They are open at Park Road Shopping Center, University Place and on Birkdale Commons in Huntersville.

I love JUICE BAR of course has juices and smoothies, but they can also help you with healthy meals. We found sprouts sandwiches, pad thai noodle bowls and overnight oats on their menu to keep you on track all day. Chat with them about a juice cleanse too at their Park Road Shopping Center or Providence Plaza (next to Flywheel) locations.
