Experience the comedy, history and tragedy of Shakespeare’s 37 plays in 97 minutes in this fast-paced show led by three madcap men in tights. The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) was London’s longest-running comedy.

Connecting Cornelius: Evening Edition

The Evening Edition of Connecting Cornelius will give Cornelius residents a chance to meet and discuss with the Mayor, Town Commissioners and Town staff. There will also be a food truck and beer samplings from Elevene Lake Brewery on site.

2019 Spring Food Truck Rally
Rural Hill, Huntersville | 4 – 8 p.m.

Historic Rural Hill’s next food truck rally will feature more then 15 food trucks, craft beer and wine offerings, live music and family-friendly fun on the farm. Free admission and $5 cash parking.

Battle of the Badges
Birkdale Village, Huntersville | 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Huntersville Fire Department, Huntersville Police Department, Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office and Mecklenburg County Medic in an annual battle to collect the most blood donations benefiting Community Blood Center of the Carolinas. The winning organization receives a $1,000 donation to the charity of their choice.

Mobley Crew Block Party
Summit Coffee Co., Davidson | 5 p.m.

Davidson resident Brian Mobley, along with friends and family, are spearheading a block party celebration to raise money for the The MPN Research Foundation, a nonprofit which funds research for new treatments and a cure for a rare form of blood cancer called Polycythemia Vera (PV). The kid-friendly evening will include food from Carrburritos, beer and wine from Summit Coffee, a lemonade stand for children and live music by Caleb Davis.

The Brewer and The Brew Chef Beer Brunch Buffet

Enjoy a special brunch buffet from Brew Chef Tim Schafer in support of 11-year-old Ally’s mission to find a cure and educate others about pediatric cancer. A portion of every ticket purchased will go directly to Team Ally. $45 per person.

European Brunch at The Canary
