MONDAY, JULY 1

Monday Night Oyster Sessions

The first Monday of each month, Sea Level hosts their Monday Night Oyster Sessions, a themed oyster tasting with small bites and thoughtfully paired beverages. $50 per person, reservations required.

TUESDAY, JULY 2

Beer & the Senses
Protagonist | 5 – 8 p.m.

Think you know your beers? Put your taste buds to the test, and perhaps discover a new favorite, at this drop-in blind tasting featuring four different beers. Expert tasters who can identify all styles will get a prize. $15 per person.

Relax N Brew
Armored Cow Brewing Co. | 6 p.m.

Learn how to decorate cupcakes using different techniques, receive a relaxing chair massage and enjoy Charlotte’s newest gluten free brewery. $30 per person.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 3

$3 Beers on July 3rd
Lenny Boy Brewing Co. | 3 – 10 p.m.

Celebrate the holiday early when Lenny Boy opens early at 3 p.m. for $3 beer and eats from their Taproom kitchen. Come back on July 4 when Lenny Boy will be open from 4 – 9 p.m.

Celebrate America!

Join the Charlotte Symphony in a salute to America with an evening of patriotic tunes and a fireworks finale. Don’t miss the prelude act featuring The Alan Barrington Band at 7 p.m.

Red White & Rose’ Fest w/ Live Music by Bedroom Sessions Band
Common Market (Southend) | 5 – 10 p.m.

Enjoy a red, white and rose wine tasting from 5 – 7 p.m., then stick around for live music from the Bedroom Sessions Band.

Red, White, and Brew Bar Crawl
Uptown | 7 p.m. – 2 a.m.

Enjoy free cover at participating bars and drink specials at this patriotic bar crawl. General admission includes free admission to bars and a t-shirt. VIP tickets available.

USA Baseball to host Cuban National Team 
BB&T Ballpark | 7:05 p.m.

BB&T Ballpark will host a matchup between USA Baseball and the Cuban National Team as part of the the 8th Annual USA vs. Cuba International Friendship Series. After the game, enjoy a fireworks show.

Fourth of July Celebration
July 3 – 4 | U.S. National Whitewater Center

This two-day celebration, back for its ninth year, features live music by Rayland Baxter and North Mississippi Allstars, various yoga practices, Battle Royale SUP Sprint and two nights of fireworks.

THURSDAY, JULY 4

Red, White and Boom!
Merchant and Trade | 4:30 p.m. – 12 a.m.

Celebrate the 4th of July at Merchant & Trade with friends and fireworks. There will be a patriotic-themed menu, live music, late night DJs and fireworks viewing. $5-10 donation at the door.Ticket proceeds benefit American Heroes Foundation supported by Heaven Hill.

Stars & Stripes Bootcamp
720 Gov Morrison Blvd. | 10:45 a.m.

Before the cookouts and fireworks, join VIBE5 and Sarah Pay for a special Fourth of July bootcamp at 10:45 a.m.

4th of July Pig Pickin’
Sweet Lew’s Barbeque | 12 – 6 p.m.

Sweet Lew’s is celebrating with a whole hog style pig pickin’ with chopped pork sandwiches for $5. $1 from each sandwich will benefit Promise Resource Network, a local non-profit that helps people recover from mental illness and substance use problems. The full menu of brisket, ribs, chicken, and sides will be available inside.

America the BREWtiful – All Day Pregame
Brewers at 4001 Yancey | 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.

This all-day celebration includes a barbecue buffet from 4 – 8 p.m. and $4 select brews all day.

4th of July Party
Triple C Brewing Company | 12 – 10 p.m.

The Triple C taproom will open at noon with three new beers, limited patriotic t-shirts and bites from King of Pops and Jive Turkey Legs, plus live music from Hipshack.

19th Annual 4th of July Plaza Midwood Pig Pickin’
Plaza Midwood Neighborhood | 4 – 11 p.m.

This annual neighborhood event includes live music, tons of food options and more.

4th of July Picnic
Town Brewing Company | 4 – 10 p.m.

Town Brewing Co.’s chef will prepare a seasonal cook-out menu featuring American favorites and craft beer. Stop by before heading Uptown for the fireworks.

Kölsch Release
The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery | 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Enjoy the holiday with OMB’s take on the Kölsch, with a delicate fruit and light malt aroma and airy sweetness.

July 4th Cookout at the Bot
Wooden Robot Brewery | 12 – 9 p.m.

Wooden Robot will be open extended hours on July 3, and then serving up a cookout-themed menu with hotdogs, bratwursts, burgers and veggie burgers with traditional sides.

Fourth of July at Pilot Brewing
Pilot Brewing | 12 – 8 p.m.

Pilot Brewing will release a new batch brew with $3 goblets and a $10 Crowler special. $1 from every Crowler sold will be donated to their Charity of the Month, Project 2 Heal.

Fourth of July at All American Pub
All American Pub | All day

Join All American to celebrate with half price specialty cocktails, $3 Michelob Ultra and food specials.

4th of July at Brazwells
Brazwell’s Premium Pub- Montford Drive | All day

Summer Concert Series

The Blakeney summer concert series is back on Thursdays through August. On July 4, enjoy music by The Flying Saucers. Lawn chairs, blankets and well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.

Jazz at the Bechtler
