Our Favorites Homes for Sale In Myers Park, Eastover & Dilworth

If you want to live in one of these neighborhoods, you’re looking at well over $300 per square foot, mostly small lots and very few prices below $1MM. The streets are beautiful, the homes are impeccably maintained, and you are conveniently located to Uptown, Southpark, South End, tons of restaurants and boutiques, hospitals and doctor’s offices, great schools & more.

There are a lot of homes for sale right now in these neighborhoods, so we picked the ones on the streets we like the best that were under $2.5 million. (There are several very high end homes for sale we adore, but that’s another post for another day). Plus we found one that’s going to be sold at Public Auction on this Tuesday, scroll all the way down.
