#GetFitCLT – 20 Fitness Things to Do in Charlotte in September

Ah, The Circle of Life: January resolutions… hot bod accomplished by Summer… hot bod deteriorates while you live your best Summer life… shape-up before the over-indulgent holidays… and repeat.

This year, I resolve to live my best life all year long so I’m filling my calendar with fitness events to be one of those women that has it all: a full life with increased fitness and energy, sprinkled with a sunny outlook (thank you endorphins), and abs (thank you mountain climbers). So while the sun sets on Summer fun, let’s commit to keeping our bikini bods all year long- even while enjoying grandma’s crunchy caramel apple pie at Thanksgiving, the Christmas ham, and toasting your success when the ball drops and we welcome 2020 with open, sculpted arms. It’s all about balance!

Follow along each month as we highlight Charlotte’s best fitness events and deals:
