The Finger Lakes, NY, vintner will be guest-somming at the bar that evening, pouring by-the-glass ($10) from magnums of his 2017 Dry Riesling. Described as, “Dazzling silver-gold in color, on the nose there are intense mineral aromas of shale, gravel & limestone, combined with notes of white flower, golden apple, peach & lemon oil,” the vintage rated 91 points by Wine Enthusiast.
