Chanukah Wonderland

Celebrate Chanukah with crafts, doughnuts, a bounce house, photo booth, candle making and more. Entrance Fee $8 per child. Adults free. Open days and hours:

The Green, Davidson | 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Davidson’s public (glow in the dark) menorah lighting includes dreidels, crafts, latkes, donuts and more.

Charlotte Ballet: Nutcracker
Last Day December 23 | Belk Theater 

Get tickets to see Charlotte Ballet’s Nutcracker, with the Tchaikovsky score performed live by Charlotte Symphony and choreography by Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux. Tickets start at $25. 

Yoga with Cats

Monday Trivia

Help build and light the 9-foot Lego Menorah coming to StoneCrest Shopping Center. The night also includes donuts, latkes, hot beverages and arts and crafts.

Charlotte Christmas Village open through Tuesday
Through Dec. 24 | 406 N.Tryon

Charlotte’s European-inspired Christmas Market returns to Uptown through December 24. Shop gifts, traditional German foods, classic Austrian strudels and beverages including hot mulled wine.

Last Day for the holiday pop-up at Merchant & Trade

Head to the rooftop at Merchant & Trade through December 24 as they transform into a winter wonderland with ‘instagrammable’ spaces, seasonal specialty cocktails and winter-inspired dishes.

Ice Skating at the USNWC
Open every day including Christmas | U.S. National Whitewater Center 

Lace up and enjoy ice skating at the Upper Pond of the Whitewater Center, plus stop by the on-ice Airstream for hot and cold beverages. They’re open Christmas Eve 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Christmas Day after 5 p.m.

Waxhaw Menorah Lighting
Ballantyne Jewish Center | 5:30 p.m.

Don’t miss the fifth annual Menorah lighting in downtown Waxhaw. The lighting will take place at 5:30 p.m., and will also include doughnuts, hot latkes and crafts.

Dwan Bosman Quartet
December 26-28 | Middle C Jazz

Saxophonist Dwan Bosman, “The Sax Man,” takes the stage at Middle C Jazz Club alongside his seasoned Jazz ensemble for performances of jazz tunes from the ’40s to the present, along with original music. $18 general admission.

McGill’s Winter Wonderland
Rosie’s Wine Garden | Through December (open this week Thursday – Sunday) 

Grab some hot chocolate or glass of wine for a stroll through Rosie’s Wine Garden’s winter wonderland. Enjoy festive lights, beverages and s’mores through the entire month of December. Bring a new unwrapped toy with you when you visit to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots. Free admission.

Best of 2019 Trivia
NoDa Brewing Company | 6 p.m.

Tyler Norris will host NoDa Brewing’s Best of 2019 Trivia. The TIN Kitchen food truck will also be on site.

Undeck the Hall
NASCAR Hall of Fame | 10 a.m.

NASCAR fans will love selecting gifts off of the decorated trees as they help “Undeck” the Hall. Items include autographed souvenirs, race tickets, apparel and gear, sheet metal and more. Free for members or with paid admission to the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

Lil’ Bit of the Bubbly Release

Just in time for ringing in the New Year, NoDa Brewing is rolling out a new sparkling Brut IPA (6.4% ABV). Be were for the release of this dry, crisp IPA with a citrus and pine flavor blast.
