Perfect if you are thinking of remodeling, building, buying, or just love day-dreaming about your someday home.
Three Designer Showhouses!
The Interior Design Society of Charlotte (IDS Charlotte) is bringing not one but three Designer Showhouses to the area this spring, and we cannot wait to see them. The three showhouses are coming to Davidson in The Preserve at Narrow Passage this March, to showcase incredible workmanship and advanced technology, in addition to incredible interior design by 45 Charlotte-area designers.
Where Are the 2020 IDS Charlotte Showhouses?
IDS Charlotte has partnered with three award-winning custom builders:
The three firms are each building one of the designer show homes in The Preserve at Narrow Passage in Davidson. (The home by Southern Cottage is a Southern Living Showcase Home). Narrow Passage is a luxury home community, the first of its kind in the area, a conservation neighborhood, where 37 of The Preserve’s 59 acres are designated conservation spaces, with fields, streams, and pristine wetlands protected from development. You’ll find The Preserve at Narrow Passage off of Shearer Rd in Davidson.

Preview Party Sip & See on Wednesday, February 12, 2020
Get a sneak peek at the Showhouses before the decorating takes over, at the Sip & See Preview party on Wednesday, February 12th at 6 pm. See the homes before they are transformed by 45 top area designers! Details and ticket links below.
Gala Grand Opening on Friday, March 13, 2020
The opening of the showhouses will commence with a gala on March 13th. The gala will be open to all who purchase a ticket. More information on gala details and ticket options found here.
Open for Viewing 3/14 – 4/4/20
Following the gala, the showhouses will be open for viewing from March 14-April 4.
Auction 4/5/20
An auction for any remaining items in the showhouses will be held on April 5th.
Sip & See Preview Party Details
Get your tickets now for the Interior Design Society Charlotte Charity Designer Showhouses Preview Party. See the homes, meet the designers, and view renderings by renowned artist, Jane Gianarelli, of each space before the areas are transformed. You can enjoy light bites and drinks and mingle with some of the area’s most talented interior designers, while learning more about their plans, inspiration and expertise.
