Orangetheory At Home™ daiily videos provide a variety of workouts, provide (much needed) motivation, and offer you a sense of togetherness while you are isolated at home. The exercise combos are created by the same fitness team that creates the company’s in-studio workouts. In the past week, Orangetheory At Home™ has covered:

  • Interval Training
  • Lower Body Strength & Power
  • Upper Body Strength & Mobility
  • Interval Training + Lower Body & Core Focus
  • Upper Body Endurance & Agility
  • Total Body Power
  • Upper Body Strength & Core Stability

The workouts are about an hour and include warm up and cool down appropriate to the muscles targeted. And knowing you might not have weights, a treadmill or other gym equipment readily available, the workouts incorporate suggestions for using everyday items around the house including jars of pasta sauce, toolboxes, suitcases, etc. ~ even potted plants 🙂
