If you’re like us, you’ve worn the treads off your shoes walking or running mile after mile around your neighborhood, to stay healthy, sane, and fit during this stay-at-home time. Dodging bikers, skateboarders, strollers, couples and more as you try to log in at least a few miles every day while maintaining social distance.
One thing about doing the same exercise every day though, in quarantine or not, burn-out is real. Both mentally & physically. Variety in your workouts keeps you AND your muscles engaged and challenged.

Nobody knows this like Orangetheory, where each class is a combo of cardio and strength-training, upper and lower body workouts, and ever-changing challenges. To keep their members and non-members active and engaged during this shelter-in-place, OTF has rolled out FREE At Home workouts daily on their website HERE, as well as on
- YouTube
- Instagram and
- the OTF mobile app
Orangetheory At Home™ daiily videos provide a variety of workouts, provide (much needed) motivation, and offer you a sense of togetherness while you are isolated at home. The exercise combos are created by the same fitness team that creates the company’s in-studio workouts. In the past week, Orangetheory At Home™ has covered:
- Interval Training
- Lower Body Strength & Power
- Upper Body Strength & Mobility
- Interval Training + Lower Body & Core Focus
- Upper Body Endurance & Agility
- Total Body Power
- Upper Body Strength & Core Stability
The workouts are about an hour and include warm up and cool down appropriate to the muscles targeted. And knowing you might not have weights, a treadmill or other gym equipment readily available, the workouts incorporate suggestions for using everyday items around the house including jars of pasta sauce, toolboxes, suitcases, etc. ~ even potted plants 🙂
If you are an OTF member, you can track your performance by wearing your OTbeat and connecting to their app. If you are not a member, the workouts are still free and offer you a great way to try out one of the nation’s most popular fitness concepts.
And don’t forget to share your inspo, as OTF is always looking to feature their members on social media ~ use the hashtag #OrangetheoryAtHome when you post!
