Additional local stores are opening up every day, many with limited hours and abundant safety measures in place. Most still offer curbside pick up if you don’t want to head into the store. Here’s this week’s list of Who Is Opening This Week with the deets.
The Pink Hanger is Now Open!

Theory Design Studio Opens Tuesday 5/12
Theory’s re-opening hours of operation will be 10am – 2pm Tuesday through Saturday with store occupancy LIMITED to four people at a time. There will be a hand sanitizing station at the entry door.
Primaura Jewelry & Renata Gasparian will Pop Up at Hilliard.
Primaura Jewelry & Accessories along with Renata Gasparian clothing will be poppin’ up from 10-1pm each day through Friday, 5/22 at Hilliard Studio Method at 516 Fenton Place. They will be practicing social distancing, wearing face masks and are requiring customers to wash their hands as they enter the studio. Customers encouraged to wear their personal face masks, hand sanitizer will be available and they will offer free gift wrapping and local delivery.
The Mint Museum Store is now open for private appointment shopping.
Not currently open to the public, however you can shop the Museum store by contacting the store via phone (704 337 2061), email amy.grigg [at] mintmuseum.org and Instagram DM (@mintmuseumshops). to place your order. Paper Skyscraper is now open.
Paper Skyscraper even has hand sanitizing “fill station” thanks to Doc Porters, where customers can refill their personal hand sanitizer bottles for free. Plus various reusable cloth masks and packaged sanitizers for sale too. PS is open normal hours, Mon-Fri: 10-7…Sat: 10-6…Sun: 12-5 with LIMITED occupancy to 15 customers in the store at a time, and providing complimentary face masks and hand sanitizing stations throughout the store. Also still offering curbside pickup, delivery options and shipping for orders that are phoned in.
Revolution Clothiers, across the street, is also now open but please check their social media for closing hours.
Revolutions store hours are Monday-Saturday from 12pm-6pm and the store is only allowing up to 6 people in at a time, every other dressing room is opened, customers must have face mask to enter store, appointments are still available for personal shopping experience.
Storey Home is Now Open with limited in store hours for now
Storey Home reopened with the following schedule:

- TH-F: store open 10-2
- SAT: store open 11-2
IC London in the Village at SouthPark is now open with the following policies for May:
May store hours: Monday-Saturday 11 am – 5 pm Maximum of 2 customers in the store to ensure safe social distancing and cleaning between customers. Please call 704.377.7955 to schedule a private appointments and virtual shopping. Curbside pickup and shipping available.
Paul Simon Women also in The Village at SP is open from 10a – 5p.
Most of the store will be 30% off, with some cocktail dresses and Mother of Bride/Groom gowns and all Julie Vos jewelry will be 20% off. Lightweight cashmere will be 40% off. New and not on sale are these adorable pieces from Hunter Bell.
Monkees of Charlotte is open.
Monday- Saturday 11:00-6:00 and Sunday 1:00-5:00. Monkees is also offering private appointments Monday-Saturday during the hour of 10:00-11:00 am.
KK Bloom near Monkees on Selwyn is Open
KK has a great website to shop online, but the store is also open regular hours at 2823 Selwyn Avenue Monday-Saturday 10-6…Sunday 1-5 with Curbside Pickup and Home Delivery within 5 miles from store. Hand sanitizer and gloves are provided at the sanitation station near the entrance. All garments will steamed after they are tried on. Employees will perform routine sanitation and cleaning throughout the day. Here’s what’s new & cute at KKB right now:
TINY Boutique for childrens wear & gifts on Selwyn Ave across from KKB & Monkees is open.
Customers must wear mask and keep 6ft apart. Hand sanitizer available at the door and a mask / gloves if you do not have. Shop TINY for the most adorable children’s wear & gifts in the QC, including these JUST IN Coco & Wolf bedding items out of Liberty of London fabrics.
Onward Reserve is now also open for in-store visits.

Taylor Richards Conger in Phillips Place and TRCW are open.
Monday-Saturday 10a-5p or by appointment. Sanitation Stations at each entry, stocked with face masks, hand sanitizer, gloves and hand wipes. Social distancing of 6’ will be maintained at all times. Current maximum occupancy guidelines set forth by the state of NC will be followed. TRC employees will have their temperatures scanned daily and are on an A/B schedule, so please call ahead if you want to see a specific sales person.
Amina Rubinacci in Specialty Shops SouthPark is open with 25% off the entire store.

Bedside Manor next door also opened this week.
Curbside pickup still available as are after hours appointment from 9:00am-10:00am or 5:00pm-6:00pm by request. The following precautions will be taken:
- Hand sanitizing stations set up in the front and back of the shop.
- Disposable masks will be provided to any customer who does not have one.
- All shop employees will wear masks.
- Regular sanitation will be done throughout the day of all frequently touched surfaces in the shop.
- Limit of 12 people in the shop at one time with the expectation and trust that all social distancing measures will be practiced.
Belk Stores opened Monday, May 11.
Per the CBJ, Belk will open its NC stores on Monday with reduced hours from noon until 6 p.m. Stores will limit the number of people shopping to ensure social-distancing and fitting rooms will be closed.
Slowly opening at SouthPark Mall this week.
SouthPark Mall is open, but many stores are not. As of Tuesday, 5/12 there were 31 stores open and more opening daily. Here’s the updating list on their site.
