Roll out your mat at the USNWC’s South Ridge Pavilion as daily yoga classes resume through September. The class is free, but don’t forget the $6 per vehicle parking fee.
Garden Talks at President James K. Polk State Historic Site
The historic site has recently reopened to the public and is offering garden talks each Saturday at 10 am. Just a reminder, while the kitchen garden and grounds are open, the visitor center and cabins are currently not.

Lake Norman Brewery just opened it doors in Denver. Stop by for a visit, where the opening beer list includes Dry Pond Brut IPA, Beached Boat Blonde, Wake Jumper Wheat and more. They have a tasting room and outdoor seating.
