Celebrate Charlotte’s Culinary Scene at Crave Charlotte
Restaurant events kick off Tuesday, July 21

The city-wide celebration of Charlotte chefs and mixologists include more than 15 events in the span of just six days. Festivities kick off Tuesday, July 21 and include socially-distanced and reduced capacity restaurant events. Tickets sold separately to each event, and some are sold out already. Music at the Met
July 16 | 6 pm

The Metropolitan’s live music series returns this week with live music by Rayen Belchere. Free parking. Don’t forget to social distance and bring your own blankets and lawn chairs.

Performances at Middle C Jazz
July 16-18 | Middle C Jazz (livestream available for July 18 performance)

You have three chances to see world-renowned saxophonist Mike Phillips On July 16 and 17, and only one chance to see lead guitarist Terence Young on July 18. A livestream will be available for the July 18 performance.

Langtree Drive-In Trivia Night
July 16 | 7 pm

Don’t miss the inaugural Langtree Drive-In Trivia Night in Mooresville. Grab to-go beer from The Kilted Buffalo and to-go food from Moyers Lakeside Eatery, then feed your competitive side with drive-in trivia starting at 8 pm. Free parking and free to play.

CLT Art & Sole
July 11-August 7

Lace up your sneakers and get ready for a whole new way to enjoy public art. Each week, you’ll receive a new running route that showcases some of Charlotte’s best neighborhood artscapes.

Sunset Sessions
July 17-18 | Anne Springs Close Greenway

Members can socially distance on the Greenway Gateway Lawn and Domtar Forest Porch to enjoy outdoor dining and live music.

Huntersville Summer Drive In Movies
July 17 | 7 pm

The first drive-in movie at Rural Hill features a screening of Sonic the Hedgehog, with concessions available for purchase.

Grand Nights for Singing: Parking Lot Performance Series
July 17 | 7:30 pm

Theatre Charlotte’s new Grand Nights For Singing: Parking Lot Performances series features intimate concerts limited to two performers and 25 audience members. Bring your own lawn chair and refreshments. Social distancing and masks required.

Hawaiian Luau
July 17 | 6-8 pm

Chefs-in-training can learn how to make Hawaiian-themed fare, from chicken kabobs to pineapple upside down muffins and island punch. $39 per child.

Drive-In Movie in Old Town Cornelius
July 17-18 | Oak Street Mill and Lake Norman YMCA

Summer Yoga on a Yacht

Comedian Sid Davis at Truist Field

Don’t miss your chance to catch one of the only live comedy shows in the area as Charlotte Knights and the Comedy Zone welcome Sid Davis to the ballpark at Truist Field. The virtual season premieres this week with a free live streaming concert featuring Ziad Rabie, and the Ziad Jazz Quartet, playing a selection of jazz favorites dedicated to the life and legacy of former Executive Vice President and champion of Jazz at the Bechtler, Christopher Lawing.
