I had two friends over for a socially safe cocktail on our back porch this Saturday evening, and it was hot. Even under the fans and in the shade. Because basically everything in our house including the porch furniture is slipcovered in washable white cotton, at least it looked cool and refreshing, even tho it was sweltering.
