Speedway Drive-in Movie
September 2 | Charlotte Motor Speedway

The next chance to experience a drive-in movie at Charlotte Motor Speedways is coming up. Enjoy a screening of the film Rush this week on the speedway’s 16,000 square foot high-definition screen. Gates open at 5 and the movie starts at 7 pm.

Rooftop Yoga with Hygge Wellness
September 3 | METROPOLITAN | 6:30 pm

Head to the Metropolitan parking deck for this 60-minute power yoga class led by Ben Kalra from Hygge Wellness. Bring a water and mat. Free for SweatNET Members, $15 general admission.

Music on the Lawn

At the next Music on the Lawn event, see Todd Johnson & the Revolvers take the stage. The Gateway Canteen will be open for regular dining and bar service. Reservations required.

Sweet Spot Block Party
Saturday, September 5

Labor Day Trail Race
September 5 | US National Whitewater Center

Lace up and get ready to beat your personal record on the 5K or the 15K trail race. This year they’ll be using a dispersed start model to allow for distancing. As a reminder, the fireworks and live music portion of the USNWC’s Labor Day Celebration is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yoga at The Farm
September 5 | Hodges Family Farm and Pumpkin Patch

Enjoy some fresh air in this weekly yoga class led by Amry Szymanski, a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. $10 per class. Registration required.

Labor Day Low Country BBQ

Tega Cay Concerts on the Lake

Kentucky Derby Watch Party

Celebrate the 146th running of the Kentucky Derby with Derby-inspired cocktails and special menu items in addition to the regular menu. There will also be prizes for best hat and best dressed. Entry is $25 per person and includes one drink and three sliders.
