Small, socially distanced shopping pop ups are happening around town, with more to come as Holiday Shopping begins and the big markets are cancelled. Most are focused on safe shopping, with distanced vendors, masks required etc. Some like FOUND COLLECTION are taking reservations for 10 spots per hour, and are selling out quickly. And some are finding creative and fabulous ways to engage us, like this Shop For Good home furnishings auction.

Virtual CLT Design Event & Fundraiser FURNISHED

As a fundraiser for the local nfp FURNISH FOR GOOD, 10 Charlotte Interior Designers will compete to see who can create the best vignette in the Furnish For Good showroom on College St.. Starting November 5th, for 10 days photos of the vignettes will be released – you can vote for your favorite one by making a donation In addition to the competition.
Best of all, the designers are donating their accent and decorative pieces to an online auction in play now, with over 100 designer sourced items to be up for bidding. PREPT Virtual Beauty & Style Launch Party ~ Nov 12- 15
Prept, a new Charlotte-based startup offering a digital, personalized concierge experience for style + beauty services, announces their Prept Party, a virtual beauty and styling event on November 12-15. The weekend-long occasion will feature exclusive ‘pop-up’ sessions led by Prept’s network of beauty, fashion and lifestyle experts. Local brands including KK Bloom, Monkees, Selenite Beauty, Aillea Beauty, Vestique join in the Prept Party, which will follow a mostly virtual format and culminate in a live fashion show on Sunday, Nov. 15, streamed from the Mint Museum Uptown.
